Cox Forum Channel 3

First Response: Supporting Those in Need (Nov 15th - Nov 21st)

One out of three people will be directly or indirectly affected by trauma. Recently, Orange County experienced its own traumatic situations with the “Wild Fires.” Next time on Cox Forum, we will speak to T.I.P. (Trauma Intervention Programs) whose mission is to provide emotional support to traumatized citizens right after tragedy strikes. We’ll also speak to a number of agencies involved with the “Wild Fires” that benefited from T.I.P.’s intervention. Finally, we’ll talk to our very own Region V.P. and GM at Cox Communications who will tell us how Cox Communications stepped in and supported customers during the recent fires. It’s all next time on Cox Forum.

Guest: Sandy Hill (Crisis Team Manager - T.I.P.), Pat Cahill (T.I.P. Volunteer), Neil Blais (City of R.S.M. Council Member & T.I.P. Advisory Member), Dave Steffen (Fire Captain - OCFA), Jack Anderson (Assistant Sheriff - OCSD), Duffy Leone (Region V.P. & General Manager - Cox Communications).
